The ultra rugged Outdoor Laptop DURIOS B13 belongs to the Ultimate class of Acturion. The Ultimate class is the top class in ruggedness. The minimum requirements are IP54 protection class, MIL-STD810F, ATEX explosion protection and/or saltfog resistance. The DURIOS B13 Ultimate rugged Outdoor Laptop fulfills all these standards. The technical features of the DURIOS B13 Ultimate places the ultra rugged Outdoor Laptop between the DURIOS M-Series and the DURIOS A-Series.

The DURIOS B13 Ultimate rugged Outdoor Laptop has of course a completely sealed magnesium alloy housing like all other Outdoor Laptops from Acturion. The rugged Outdoor Laptop DURIOS B13 Ultimate is the latest model of Acturion's Outdoor Laptops and so it is equipped with the newest Intel Core 2 Duo CPU Technology - 1.6GHz, 4MB Cache, 800MHz FSB and 64Bit Technology are the extraordinary features of this ultra rugged Outdoor Laptop. The DURIOS B13 Ultimate is designed for extreme long battery operation. Equipped with up to two batteries the Outdoor Laptop can operate up to 24hrs. autonomy.

The 13.3" XGA TFT display also carries latest power saving LED Technology inside. The special high bright LEDs replace the hitherto existing CCFL backlights and supply up to 1,200NITs brightness. So the DURIOS B13 Ultimate is a real ultra rugged Outdoor Laptop that can be used anytime at any place. Besides the military standards MIL-STD810F, MIL-STD461E (option) the DURIOS B13 Ultimate is also resistant against salt water and it can be used in hazardous zones thank to its ATEX zone II (UL1605) certification.
