Motivation for highly satisfied customers

To satisfy our customers is our passion. A highly satisfied customer will always stay with us! Beyond that, the customer will recommend us to friends and business partners. This thinking is implanted in the whole Acturion team. Our acting and thinking is targeted on the maximum customer satisfaction.
We have five sub criteria which lead to the total customer satisfaction index. Optically we express the result in form of a barometer. The evaluation results from a German school grading system. Meaning one is “very good – highest satisfaction” to five “bad – highly unsatisfied”.
The total customer satisfaction index consists of these five sub criteria: 1. Availability of the Acturion consultant by phone, 2. Competence of the Acturion consultant, 3. Adherence to delivery schedules, 4. Order processing, 5. Product quality and finally without evaluation we ask „Would buy again at Acturion?“
At the moment the total customer satisfaction index scores at 1.52 meaning “good” with tendencies to “very good”. We will recalculate this index monthly in order to keep you informed.
