The F5 by Motion Computing

The F5 Tablet-PC from Motion Computing is the consequent advancement of the C5 Tablet-PC. After releasing the C5 Tablet-PC for the use in the health care market Motion Computing faced a lot of requests from other industrial markets like production, construction, logistics and warehousing. The C5 Tablet-PC was not designed to meet the special requirements for these applications so Motion Computing modified the C5 Tablet-PC to the F5 Tablet-PC.

Base of the F5 Tablet PC is the C5 Tablet PC. Apart from the color of the housing there is almost no difference to see. The modifications are inside the housing. The F5 Tablet-PC has a more rugged chassis which is made of light metal alloy. The result is more ruggedness and 100g more in weight. Another modification is the bearing of the HDD which allows the user to treat the F5 Tablet-PC un-gentle.

The F5 Tablet-PC was designed for outdoor use so the F5 Tablet-PC is always equipped with the patented Motion Computing VA View Anywhere displays which ensure always best sunlight readability. Against the C5 Tablet-PC the F5 Tablet-PC can also be ordered with an integrated HSDPA modem for limitless fast WWAN communication.
