The DURIOS T8 Ultra
Full-Rugged Tablet PC
Acturion has just released the second generation of the DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC. The full-rugged Tablet-PC carries now a Core 2 Duo T7100 CPU inside and the Intel chipset has also been updated. This upgrade makes the DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC to one of the most powerful ruggedized Tablet-PCs.
The DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC is big in CPU performance but small in size and weight, it measures 10.6" x 7.2" x 1.6" at 4.2lbs only. A sunlight readable 800 x 600 SVGA TFT color display is standard. The DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC can be operated in dual mode which means the full-rugged Tablet-PC has a touch screen and a digitizer integrated. The operation mode can be manually adjusted.
The DURIOS T8 Ultra full-rugged Tablet-PC is predestined for the use in harsh environmental condi-tions. It can withstand rain, dust, low and high temperatures and drops on concrete. The full-rugged Tablet-PC comes with several I/O ports like RS232, LAN, WLAN, Bluetooth, PCMCIA, CF-Card and Sound.
